📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy for BTM, aligning with global ESG standards and local regulations.
• Lead the implementation of projects focused on environmental conservation, including reforestation and water management.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, providing regular updates to the board and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate sustainable technologies and practices into mining operations.
• Advocate for sustainability within the industry, participating in forums and contributing to policy development.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and social regulations, and drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
• Represent BTM at industry events and conferences, promoting our commitment to sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability management, with a proven track record in the mining or resource extraction industry.
• Certification in sustainability management, such as LEED AP, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and ESG frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using sustainability management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessment (EIA) processes and community engagement best practices.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote mining sites in Pangkalpinang and beyond.
