📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Analyze cost data and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective construction practices.
• Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and forecasts.
• Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with construction cost estimation software such as EstimateOne or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
