📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations using plant-based ingredients, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Conduct sensory and physical testing to evaluate product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product lines and improve existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with international cosmetic regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth scaling up of formulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the natural cosmetics industry.
• Contribute to the development of new product concepts and formulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation or apothecary roles.
• Proven expertise in plant-based cosmetic formulations with a strong understanding of botanical ingredients.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software such as Rheometer, Spectrophotometer, and LabVIEW.
• Certification in cosmetic safety (e.g., IFRA, COSMOS, or INCI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for natural and sustainable beauty products.
