📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage project timelines and budgets.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work.,Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Report on project progress and issues to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with construction and maintenance of infrastructure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
