As a Household Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our studio, ensuring that our members and staff feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning and organizing the studio, managing inventory, and assisting with administrative duties. You'll work closely with our team of instructors and staff to ensure that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently. With your hard work and dedication, you'll help create a welcoming and inviting space for our members to enjoy their pilates sessions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the studio is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Manage and organize inventory, including cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing member records, and processing payments.
• Support the studio staff by assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment for classes.
• Ensure that the studio is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is in proper working order.
• Assist with event planning and setup for special events and workshops.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the studio, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the studio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or wellness environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
