📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the right talent is hired.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
