📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.,Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and productivity.,Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Provide creative solutions to design challenges and problems.,Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven portfolio.,Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Experience in leading design teams is a plus.
