📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft and review B2B contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Provide legal advice and support to the logistics team on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the company’s legal strategy.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and update legal policies and procedures to ensure they align with company goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance across all business activities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian and international laws that may impact the company’s operations.
• Provide training and support to other team members on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in a logistics or related industry.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international business laws, including contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to staying updated on legal developments and industry trends.
