📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and optimization of lithium assets.
• Oversee the coordination and integration of lithium extraction, processing, and transportation activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new lithium projects.
• Monitor and analyze lithium asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and cutting-edge technologies in lithium extraction and processing.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the management team on lithium asset-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lithium asset management, mining operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lithium extraction and processing technologies, including heap leaching, solvent extraction, and electrowinning.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and mining-specific tools like MineSight or Surpac.
• Certification in health, safety, and environmental management (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
