📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement mechanical solutions for plastic manufacturing processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in our mechanical applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on plastic manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Experience with PLC programming and mechanical automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the plastics industry.
• Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
