PT Eka Sri is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Support the marketing team in creating product literature and promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development processes,Excellent written communication skills in Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
