HMI Managed Healthcare is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for our healthcare branding and digital media projects. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop and execute design strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain a strong visual identity for HMI Managed Healthcare, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.,Develop and execute design strategies for digital media campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and brand messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply them to our projects.,Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency.,Create and maintain design assets and templates for use across various marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthcare branding and digital media.,Proven experience working with healthcare clients or in a healthcare-related industry.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
