📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth stock management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.
