📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tellers in handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions by following company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller station and surrounding areas.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of cash and other banking materials as needed.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the banking services.,Report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
