Hotel Citra Health Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of various events and banquets. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with diverse clients and teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and organization of events and banquets, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring all details are on track.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging furniture, decor, and other necessary items.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to the agreed-upon plans.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.,Assist in the preparation of event menus and ensure that all food and beverage needs are met.,Attend to any last-minute requests or changes from clients, and work to resolve any issues that may arise during the event.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events and banquets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
