In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Administer HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
