In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of Concentrix’s operations in Bali, supporting a diverse team across multiple locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You’ll utilize industry-standard tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a harmonious workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of local Indonesian language is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
