As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Support the HR manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
