Easy Bit Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet performance goals.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
