In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and customers,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor system performance and security,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Assist with IT projects and initiatives,Provide training and documentation for IT systems,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
