Seed Tech Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.,Assist in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
