📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client management strategies.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and events as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.
