DRIFT Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.,Manage and analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
