📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet productivity and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
