📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of medical representatives to ensure they meet sales targets and maintain high performance standards.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.,Monitor and report on the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to support product launches and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
