Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee the tax operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on tax planning and compliance strategies.Prepare and file all tax returns, including corporate, payroll, and individual taxes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective tax management.Lead and mentor junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company remains compliant with all relevant requirements.Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax filings and audits.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management and compliance, with a proven track record in leading tax teams.Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex tax issues and provide strategic advice.Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.🛠️ Keahlian
