📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the editorial workflow of scientific journals, from submission to publication.
• Manage the OJS platform, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with authors, reviewers, and editors to maintain high standards of academic quality.
• Develop and implement editorial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze journal metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support to journal staff and contributors.
• Collaborate with the university's academic and administrative teams to support journal initiatives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of academic publishing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editorial or publishing roles, preferably in academic publishing.
• Proven experience with OJS platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of academic publishing processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with academic publishing software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
