(Remote) Fleet Coordinator

Sentral Maya Fruit is looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with drivers, maintaining vehicle records, and ensuring timely deliveries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
• Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and fuel usage.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the selection and training of new drivers.
• Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
