📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all culinary operations to ensure high standards of food quality.,Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus that align with our brand's culinary vision.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients to optimize costs and quality.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dining experiences.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Willingness to travel to the office for meetings and training as needed.
