Conducting job analyses and writing job descriptions,Sourcing and screening candidates,Scheduling and conducting interviews,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong relationship with current employees,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers,Analyzing recruitment data and metrics,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
