As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
