📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing all financial transactions including payments, refunds, and collections.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized cashier's office.
  • Following all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a multilingual environment is a plus.
