📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters, headhunters, and industry networks.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and developing top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
