📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Provide regular reports on store performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
