📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
• Provide information about our products and services, answering customer inquiries accurately.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
