📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor crop health and farm operations to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Provide technical support and guidance to local farmers, helping them implement sustainable farming practices.
• Conduct regular farm visits to assess crop conditions, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural projects, contributing to the overall success of the farming community.
• Maintain detailed records of farm activities, including crop health, pest control, and harvest data.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in sustainable agriculture.
• Support the team in organizing and participating in agricultural workshops and training sessions for local farmers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural field work or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and crop management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local farmers.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools, such as farm management systems and crop monitoring software.
• Familiarity with local farming practices and the agricultural landscape of Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for farm visits.
