📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT departments.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against threats.
• Document network configurations and changes to maintain an accurate record.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Participate in on-call duties to address network issues during non-business hours.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in NOC or network operations.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Experience with network security tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified CyberOps Professional are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
