📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives across government departments in Pangkalpinang.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance service delivery, improve governance, and promote economic growth.
• Oversee the implementation of e-government services, including online transaction platforms, digital identity systems, and data management solutions.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and community stakeholders to drive digital inclusion and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with government goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of digital literacy and competency among government employees and the public.
• Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the digital ecosystem.
• Represent the government at regional and national digital forums, advocating for the digital transformation agenda.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in digital transformation and governance.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects in government or similar organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital governance, e-government services, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, such as ERP systems, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
• Certifications in digital governance, e-government services, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
