📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update product listings on our online store using Shopify.
• Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads to promote our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
• Maintain and organize all administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
